Data Storage Policy?
We do not retain any PHI data, such as social insurance numbers, health insurance numbers, or credit card numbers, and we encourage our clients to never send us such data. When paying Dufour Ruscio invoices, your credit card or bank information will be temporarily present on Stripe’s secure website but never at any time in our environment. Since it is often necessary to access this information while you are a Dufour Ruscio Client, critical personal and professional data are stored in an encrypted digital vault using AES-256 bit encryption and Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2/1.3) with strong ciphers. Other client data is stored by Dufour Ruscio through two reliable sources, Google Workspace and Squarespace, which keep the data on encrypted servers in data warehouses.
How long do we keep the Data?
As we like to retain our clients for the very long term, data is stored indefinitely. This allows us to provide support quickly upon requests from our clients. However, this data is stored in our secure solutions.
Data Access & Management Policy?
If you contact us at hello@dufourruscio.com, you can request a file containing all the personal data we have about you, including the data you provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data retained for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
