  • Leasing Agents: Our leasing agents are Dufour Ruscio employees, trained to our high standards, and we take full responsibility for them and their success. We guarantee impeccable service for both you and your clients.

    Lease Negotiations & Document Drafting: Our agents seek your approval for any negotiations, if applicable, and handle all document drafting and signature collection.

    White-Label Service: We operate entirely under the project's brand. Email addresses, email signatures, external communications, etc. Everything is executed under the project or developer's brand name.

"Post-lease signing" tenant management

  • Questions, measurements, and photos: Includes all communications and requests from the time the lease is signed until unit delivery. This can also include special requests that require back-and-forth communication between the tenant and the construction team.

    Move-ins: Scheduling move-in dates, pre-move-in walkthroughs, etc.Possession / Unit Handover: Key handovers, explanation of building rules and regulations, etc.

    Property Management Transfer: If a property management company is appointed to handle rent collection, maintenance requests, etc., we take care of the seamless transition.

    • If you want Dufour Ruscio to handle exclusive representation: It is strictly commission-based (at a higher percentage), but we cover the media budget.
